We hope that you love all your purchases from Southern Stars Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Qualifying online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would no longer be eligible for return.

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. Sale & Clearance items - ALL SALES FINAL! - The prices are priced as marked and no additional coupons or codes may be applied to this category unless specified. All Flash Sales, BOGO sales and other special promos are Final Sale. 

Other items that are FINAL SALE! - For hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear.

Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor and/or body odor, perfume, stains, makeup, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition to be accepted for return. If your items do not qualify for store credit you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

We do NOT offer exchanges.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. 

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money! 

 

Return Instructions

You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items. 

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 5-7 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email in the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like . Original Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment: 

PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email - shopsouthernstarsboutique@gmail.com. 

Color variations of merchandise due to computer resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as "damaged" for a return.
