Shipping

Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $5.00 USPS for all orders. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Eufaula, Alabama. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed. Please email us if you need assistance with shipping options or have special requests. 

There is a $15 Priority Mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business day to ship via USPS. 

UPS GROUND option is available as well.   

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will need to pay for return shipping along with providing us an updated address.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS.

If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
